BLACK SCREEN

This has been an ongoing issue for a month. I have not been able to get anywhere with this. My son put on the headset one day and it says that we needed to turn off the traveling mode or something like that. We could not get it out of this little specific area we tried rebooting we tried everything underneath the sun it would turn on and give us this exact same spiel. So we wound up having to do a hard factory reset. The medical logo comes up the infinity loop spins around then it's it's thing and goes to a black screen. After trying to reach out to be here and not being able to do anything because it is not connected to an account anymore and I can't get it connected to the internet to reconnect it's an endless loop of I have a brick. I found something online yesterday and I tried to do it here this morning but now the left controller despite being on with a fresh battery will get stuck in the loop of updating it gets to 15% and then that's it. This had a set is only 4 months old and I'm getting very angry.
