Blank screen

Blank 

I have a gray screen with no menu , got it for my son for Christmas GameStop won’t do anything about it because I bought it on December 14th passed the 30day in store return policy , meta won’t let me send it back because it was first turned on on December 25th which is still in the 30day window

    Contact official support here. Request an RMA to get a replacement under warranty. They will make you jump through a lot of troubleshooting hoops first.
