Boot loop on metaquest 2

Hi,

I left my headset few months without playing with. So I recherge it during 24 hours but now when I try to start it I can see the metaquest OS with blue background during few second and then the MQ2 restart making an infinity loop.
I search on internet for potential solution and try all of what was proposed without any good result. Even the factory reset is not working when I try this option the MQ2 just reboot and restart the infinty loop.

I am convince that this occured after an update but I can not be sure. I cantacted the MQ2 support and they propose me to replace it..... No solution.

Is there any process that I can do by connecting my MQ2 to my pc and try to reinstall an other firmware. is this possible ?

Do you have a fix for me. Thanks for youur help

      Hi,
      I tried this. The problem is that the devis is looping on the starting process constantly so when I choose the option "sideload update" the devis is switch off one more time and restart. This is the same when I choose the power off option. The device is starting anyway so I can even not recharge it correctly before tring anything. 

      Actually the led is red. When I plug it to charge the device is starting to loop on the start. This is a nightmare. Any idear ?
