Brand new quest 3s stuck on start up. Please help. Only 3 day old quest got for my bday.

Was on the headset yesterday and it randomly just got stuck on the see though mode. Turned it off left it for today and it still doesn’t work.  It’s stuck on the same issue stuck on see through mode. I can only see my room and can only put up/down the volume and turn it on and off.

Can’t use the controllers, made sure it has battery it says it’s connected on the app.
I’m in a well lit room.
Cleaned the headset even though it’s literally brand new.
Tried hard booting it of course. Still nothing. Would rather not have to factory reset or send it back /:

 

Any help is appreciated, thanks

(Also tried getting ahold of someone human on customer support but they couldn’t find my headsets sn. Which doesn’t make sense since I bought it on amazon by meta) 

  • Welp, it wasn’t the double tap(I tried that too). It somehow just fixed itself magically. I tried fixing it for about 40 minutes, I gave up, posted this, and then checked again, and now it’s working fine. Really annoying bug, whatever that was.
