Bricked unit after update
Firmware 83 just broke my quest 2. Was working fine then after update screen just switches between pass through and a black screen. I can't do anything with it. I've exhausted all suggestions from tech support.

Update via software center
Even using adb to revert to firmware 76
Meta said they won't help me because it is out of warranty. Can someone explain how this is a warranty issue? They released an update that broke my perfectly working headset and now it's my problem? All i was offered was a discount on a refurbished headset. I didn't break it, it didn't fail from age and use or abuse. YOU broke it and expect me to just buy a new one?
I've reported this to BBB meta should be ashamed of their practices
