My sons Quest 3 broke. The head strap has come off right at the charging port. Ive been trying to contact support for help. The webistes as much use as a choclate tea pot. When I put the serial number in its telling me theres no such product when Im literally holding the **bleep** thing in my hand. Theres no option to speak to an actual human being. So can anyone help me to please for the love of god fix this for him please?
So having spoken to a chap Ive been told that a product that is less than a year old bought as a Santa present cant be replaced because its out of warrenty and wouldnt have been covered anyway and my only option is to buy a second hand one at a discounted price which is €50 more than what I actually paid. Disgusting greed

We can't see how it has come off, so I'm gonna ask you this just in case.
Did it actually break off? I'm asking because the headstrap can be replaced. So it could have just come off in the intended way. I've placed a link below to a youtube video that shows how it can be removed.
