Broken headstrap loop(Meta Quest 3s)

So last night while I was about to put my headset on, it fell of the counter onto its front. Now this has happened a few times before, but I was still worried because i heard the faceplate extender disconnect, I pick it back up and I see that the tiny  rod that keep the front of my headset strapped in broke off. I first went to metas support site and the thing that broke isn't even an option. Nothing that talks about the hardware of the headset is an option! I then went to ask their ai bot, and all it told me was that "Just buy an elite strap, then you won't have yo worry about that rod at all" WHICH IS WRONG BECAUSE I STILL NEED THAT ROD FOR THE STRAP! I can still use the headset if i pull the back fasteners closer to my head, but that starts to hurt my head after like 5 minutes. What should I do from here? Could this count for a replacement headset?

    It is very frustrating my friend.. It happened to me too.. It's a weak point of the device. However if you get a Halo strap (you can get them at a good price) it doesn't depend on the anchor bar so it's no longer needed. I'll try to find a Pic of the one I got, and I'll post it separately. I will say after getting the halo style strap, it's much more comfortable than before so the broken bar was a blessing in disguise for me.

    For some reason that posted 3 times. Lol. By the way you are right, the elite strap is not a solution. You need a halo strap.
