[BUG] - V76 Quest Pro has poor download speed, negatively affecting PCVR streaming

Yep it is broken in the official release; I guess all those bug reports I sent in headset were ignored as usual.  Note this issue is not just related to Virtual Desktop.  The download speed is basically capped at 200mbps due to some problem with this update.  You can verify this using a locally hosted speed test server.
