BUG: Headset power menu is non-functional and soft-locked if you haven't logged in to your profile

REPRODUCIBLE BUG: I put on my Quest 3 and after it woke from sleep, before selecting my profile, I pressed the power button for about 5 seconds to bring up the Headset power menu. I wanted to Power Off my headset, but none of the settings are functional, and the menu is soft-locked if you are not logged in to your profile first. Clicking the menu options with the controller or hand tracking does not register the clicks, so the menu can't even be cancelled. I could still press-and-hold the power button for ~10s to force the headset to shut down.

I've already reported this bug through the headset Quick Settings menu. I'm on Q3 v83.1034 (5156385.11560.520).
