BUG: Meta Horizon mobile app "Device locked" pop-up error
So the Meta Horizon app on my iPhone SE (2020) got an update today (v364.0.2.18.265), and now it keeps randomly popping-up the error "Device locked. To allow your headset to share information with this device, put on your headset and enter your passcode."
Well, my nearest connected headset doesn't even have a locking passcode set! π
Also, we have two headsets managed by the mobile app. The annoying popup doesn't even identify which device it is referring to! π
My daughter's headset has a locking code on my primary account, but not on her account. However, it was asleep on charging and too far away, thus appearing as "not connected". So that shouldn't be the issue either.
I did a Google search for the above error message and nothing at all was found. Zero. I guess it's a new "thing". Thanks Meta π .
I tried fully powering both headsets off and on, restarting the phone and logging out and back in to the app, but the bug persists.
I've reported the issue to Meta via the mobile app.
Anyone else having this issue?
