I filed an appeal, when that took forever, I messaged customer service. They made me verify a bunch of info but said they would have to send my complaint to someone higher up. The day before Christmas I received multiple emails saying my wallet was again available but it's not. I've replied to the emails, done everything they suggested. They still don't have my wallet unrestricted. This is the response I get now and I haven't heard anything else for a couple days.
