Can’t buy games!!

Everytime I try to buy a game or anything it says I need to file an appeal and I don’t know how to and when I reach out to support they don’t help at all they ask for the same thing and after that it still says I need to file an appeal I bought a gift card and everything and I still can’t buy games.!!!

    I assume it says something about suspicious activity and you need to file an appeal?

    Unfortunately, several users are experiencing this issue.

    Some have found a workaround by creating another Meta account and using it to gift games to their main account while Meta investigates the issue with their main account.

    Perhaps this is an option for you as well?

  • I have the same issue,  how do I got about raising an issue about it with meta

  • Did you ever get your issue resolved? I'm having the same problem. My wallet got locked on the 18th when I tried to purchase a game. I've done all the steps and I've been emailing with customer support. Still no access

  • im having the same issue. I have been in touch with customer support and waiting for them to get back to me. We used the wrong pin to buy a game and it has locked us out.

      I filed an appeal, when that took forever, I messaged customer service. They made me verify a bunch of info but said they would have to send my complaint to someone higher up. The day before Christmas I received multiple emails saying my wallet was again available but it's not. I've replied to the emails, done everything they suggested. They still don't have my wallet unrestricted.  This is the response I get now and I haven't heard anything else for a couple days.

  • So nobody has a fix for this and meta is just screwing everyone? I haven’t bought anything and struggled just to be able to add my card. And once I finally did it won’t let me buy anything??
