I’ve tried so many ways to change my birthday and as I used the form to upload my id but after submitting it keeps giving me an error message. How can I contact a live agent to help me with this issue.

Following. I have the same issue. I randomly noticed that Meta changed my birthday & I’ve been trying to change it but it’s telling me “something went wrong. Try later.” & the next day it tells me the same thing.
I’ve been trying for months I wish Meta would change it already ☹️.
