Can’t disable “Hey Meta” – blank screen in settings

Hi,

When I try to disable the “Hey Meta” feature on my Ray-Ban Meta glasses using the Meta View app, I encounter an issue: the settings page for “Hey Meta” appears completely blank (see attached screenshot).

Because of this, I can’t turn the feature off or change any settings related to it.

I’ve already tried:

  • Restarting my phone
  • Restarting the glasses
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the app

But the problem persists — the screen stays empty every time.

Could anyone help me with this? Is there any known fix for this issue? Thanks in advance.

  • Same problem here since yesterday. Touch pad works to activate meta but not voice commands and my options screen is blank as well.

  • same issue here. It’s with the latest update of the app on iOS. Works fine on Android but iOS is confirmed broken. Im going to return the glasses. No way I’m keeping them if I can’t turn off hey meta

  • Me too, having the same issue on iPhone. Reached out to meta support and they transferred me to a “specialized” team with no response or assistance. Battery life is less than 4 hours.

Dear Meta, please fix this bug on iPhone devices with an update. It’s annoying and we need to turn off this feature as we don’t necessarily need it.

It’s ridiculous they have yet to fix this and their support keeps saying delete the app and try again. Like bro all of Reddit and everyone in the iOS App Store is complaining about this and support is playing dumb

  • Same issue with me, just received glasses and preference for Meta AI is blank.  This needs to be addressed

Yeah their support team is horrendous. They have no idea that it’s a wide spread iOS issue  and when you tell them about it to all say the same cookie cutter response of delete the app, reinstall the app and try again lol like wtf really
