Hi all, I set up my sons account but I used my old email address so I set up a new profile using my new email. When I now turn it on I can’t get past a screen with the controllers spinning around, I’ve done a factory reset but can’t get past the controller screen
Hi Chloeni, thanks for replying, it’s not new got it at Xmas and when I first set it up used an old email address, went to use it today and set up a profile with my new email address, can’t get past this page
i understand that it's not new.
People usually stuck on on the pull paper screen after a factory reset, because the paper is already pulled.😉
Is that the screen you mean?
