I’ve done a factory reset but can’t get past the controller screen
If you stuck on the screen where you should pull out the paper from the controllers, wait 10 min or so. The screen will go away and you can continue with the set up.
Hi Chloeni, thanks for replying, it’s not new got it at Xmas and when I first set it up used an old email address, went to use it today and set up a profile with my new email address, can’t get past this page
i understand that it's not new.
People usually stuck on on the pull paper screen after a factory reset, because the paper is already pulled.😉
Is that the screen you mean?
