Can’t join calls

I can’t join any calls I went on another account and I was able to join calls and I went back and I still couldn’t join every time I join I immediately get kicked out of call I am able to join on my phone just not oculus what can I do to fix my problem? I played today and I was able to call I  got off at about 3:30 PM and I got back on and I couldn’t join calls.

    i can’t join any calls or make any calls I restarted my internet I restarted my vr and I checked for updates still no updates and am scared to factory reset cause you could lose your progress and people are also having the  same problem so please respond
