Can’t log into meta horizon app because i don’t have the authenticator app

i got locked out of my quest because i needed to verify my age (i wasn’t getting the emails because i wasn’t logged in) when i tried to use it today i couldn’t and i can’t log into the app because i don’t have the phone with the authentication app anymore. what am i supposed to do?
