Can’t see children accounts
I’ve set up two children’s accounts on the meta app and I can see both of them there. I pressed the linked with headset and chose my one, but it hung for ages on both accounts. When I go into the headset I can’t see them. I can’t seem to find how I get back to the screen where I have to load them onto the headset. Anyone know where this is? Thnx

I had trouble adding my daughter's profile to her new headset using the phone app. What worked was to share the invitation link via email to my own email account. Then I opened the email on my PC and clicked the link in the email. This opened the web browser on my PC, and I followed the instructions to add the account. This worked without errors.
I can’t seem to find how I get back to the screen where I have to load them onto the headset.
In the phone app, press the goggles icon at the bottom right of the screen. The headset should then be listed at the top of the page. If you have more than one headset, there is a tiny chevron to the right of the headset (^) which you can press and it will list all your devices. Select a device and scroll down to "Manage profiles".
