We saw your post and we wanted to lend a hand!
Experiencing issues accessing the Meta menu while using the link features can be far from ideal, especially when you've just got home and all you want to do is to sit back and relax while enjoying your favorite games issue free! We would love to provide you with the assistance needed but before we do anything we would like you to submit a bug report as this seems to be an issue with the update and this will help our engineers become aware of the issue, we will also leave a few troubleshooting steps we would like you to attempt below:
As you've attempted a hard reboot we will skip this step.
1. Make sure your Meta Quest software and drivers are up to date
2. Launch an App from Your Mobile
This can force the Meta Menu to appear by initiating an app from your phone.
- Open the Meta Horizon mobile app.
- Tap the Menu tab and select Casting.
- Connect to your headset.
- Tap Apps and launch any app from the list.
- The Meta Menu should pop back up once the app opens.
