Can not add a profile

I am trying to add a profile; however, when I put in the email address for the invite link to go to, I get the message "Something went wrong, try again later." I have restarted the headsets multiple times with no luck. The one time it did send the email, it never went through to the email, and it wasn't in the spam folder either. If anyone could help me with this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Try adding the profile using the MetaHorizon mobile phone app rather than doing it on the headset.
