Can not add secondary account

Our quest 2 has worked just fine up until now. We got a black screen that would not go away so we did a factory reset. Now after i added my primary profile back in everytime I try and add my son's account for the secondary it tells me "something went wrong, please try again later."
Any ideas on how to fix this?

    You would need to add his account through Family Centre (in the Meta Horizon mobile app), now that Meta is getting stricter on the way child accounts are managed.
