Can you scan or cast QR codes on Meta Quest?

Is there a way to scan and a qr code that is on my PC or phone, and view the image on my oculus?

    Hey there @bethany.c13.yahoo.com.2024! Great question, at this time we only allow for QR scanning during the WiFi setup process on our Quest 3 devices. Although passthrough does access the cameras to view your surrounding area any visuals picked up during game time stay in game time.     So the device can, Meta can but meta block it for users? 
    The eternal question: who owns the device..? Meta or the buyer?
    (FYI, Nokia started the trend of locking devices back then, don't be Nokia.)
