Cannot add any profile to my headset

When I try to add any profile to my headset I get and error message saying “cannot add to device” then when I try to get help from a human support I can’t because it says “Support isn’t available for this device.” I don’t know if my headset is some sort of banned but this is getting frustrating.

    How many profiles are already on the headset? You can't have more than four at a time. Are you in an unsupported country?

        In the Meta Horizon phone app, select your device, then "Manage profiles", then click "Add profile" then click "Share link". There's an option to send the link via email. Send the link to your own email address and open it on a PC. The link will open a page on your browser which should hopefully work. I had an issue like yours when trying to add my daughter's account, and the above method worked. A few other users having similar issues also reported that this method worked for them.
