Cannot contact support - No product found

Hi

Wondering if anyone can help.  I was wanting to contact Meta support. However, when it's wanting to verify my device, I enter the serial number but it says "No product found."  I have tried numerous times to ensure I wasn't making a mistake but it still won't work.  Does anybody know what I can do?

    You probably use the wrong serial number. You need to put in the serial number from the box, not from the headset itself.

    If you don't have the box anymore.... that number can be found here
