"Cannot install (APP NAME), Contact Meta Support for help" Error

Hello, I recently got a new PC. I was trying to install Ghosts of Tabor on it since i want to stream the new wipe, and anytime I try it installs around 200mb worth of it and just quits, giving me the error 'Sorry, we could not install Ghosts of Tabor. Contact Meta Support for help." I've tried that 3 time and no results, so now i'm turning to you guys since the subreddit is no help. I've tried reinstalling windows, reinstalling link, manually deleting everything, even the tmp files, but nothing. I dont know what else to do, please help.
