Cannot log in to my Meta Horizon account after disconnecting it from my main Facebook account

My facebook & instagram account use 2FA. Last couple weeks I just receive a message telling me that I can link my meta account with facebook & instagram. But I choose not to do that and seperate these accounts. But in my meta account I don't have any 2FA setup and now it ask me the 2FA code which I don't have. How to reset it, I have my mail, phone number, proof and everything but I cannot find any customer support to contact and send my issue. This is the last place I know, hoping anyone could help me solve this.

    WhatsApp might be the fastest option, another user with 2FA issues got his problem solved within a few minutes.

    Are you sure it wasn't simply suggesting that you might like to optionally set up 2FA? I had a popup like that, and I simply ignored/cancelled it.
