Cannot scroll down on pairing screen mobile

On the mobile meta horizon app, in the headset pairing section, since I haven't have a headset paired yet (my headset is a quest 3), the little popup on the top of the section saying pair a new device is there. Of course, I tap 'pair', and the pairing screen shows up (I suppose, the screen below). After turning all the permissions on, I realized that this screen could not be scrolled down, unlike the other ones in the app. Every time I tried it, it just refuses to scroll down. Pressing continue has no effect and does nothing and pressing not now exits the screen.

Moreover, I have also tried the online help platforms, and connecting the quest 3 with the serial number on its physical side, but it just shows "this device cannot be supported" or something similar, which means I can't get help with the serial number in the official website.

Is there a possible solution or a workaround for this issue? Thanks!

(PS: also please note that getting a new device is not a feasible solution for me, I'm not that rich 🤷. Right now I only have this phone I'm typing on, and a laptop which falls short of the PC requirements, therefore my laptop is useless in here.)

(Edit: I tried with my only iPad as well and the same thing happened, at the screen below I can't scroll down to choose the device too)

  • Try borrowing a different device. Maybe an Android one if the iOS devices are bugged. But another solution that usually works is to cast your device to a TV or other device.

Also, make sure location services is enabled on your phone. Maybe try manually giving the Meta Horizon app permission to use location services & Bluetooth in the phone settings, rather than doing that part through the Meta app.
