Cannot see login into profile on quest 2

When I invite my account  into the headset it says that it’s on the headset on my phone but it doesn’t show up on my headset 

  • Hello there, thank you for bringing your issue to our attention.

     

    We understand you are having some issues adding your account to your Meta device. We would recommend following the steps outlined below to add your account.

    1. Press Oculus button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
    2. Hover over the clock on the left-hand side of the universal menu. When Quick settings appears, select it to open the Quick settings panel.
    3. Select Settings in the top right-hand corner, then select Accounts Centre.
    4. Select Accounts or Profiles, then select Add accounts.
