Cannot turn off “Hey Meta” option gone

Hi,

When I try to disable the “Hey Meta” feature on my Ray-Ban Meta glasses using the Meta View app, I encounter an issue: the settings page for “Hey Meta” appears completely blank (see attached screenshot). It worked fine on meta ai app v244.0.0. After that version it broke. The issue is on IOS. Everyone on the Apple App Store is complaint so it’s affecting all IOS users.

Because of this, I can’t turn the feature off or change any settings related to it.

I’ve already tried:

• Restarting my phone
• Restarting the glasses
• Uninstalling and reinstalling the app

But the problem persists — the screen stays empty every time.

Could anyone help me with this? Is there any known fix for this issue? Thanks in advance.
