Can't change my bday info

There is a limit to the number of times you can change your date of birth. Please contact us to request a date of birth change
Somehow my bday has changed but I can't recover it. It shows me the above message and says to contact support and if I click the button then it only sends me to the how to chage your bday page. What should I do?
