Can't check Referral Status and haven't see Referral Credit.

I recently set up my Quest 3s, but before activating it I was sent a referral link from my brother for both of us to get $60 credit.  I clicked on the link and set up my meta account (linked to my facebook account), and then activated my Meta Quest 3s.   After a couple days, I still hadn't seen any credit come my way.  I tried doing a Google Search on it and a few different entries both here and on Reddit gave me multiple timeframes of how soon the credits would hit, going as soon as instantly and to 30 days.  I also tried searching up how to check the status of the referral, with mixed things saying I could check it both at a website and on the app.  When going on the website, it says I do not have any devices linked to my account.  When going on the mobile app which has the same account as the website, it shows my Headset but the section in Payment and Subscriptions which says Referrals doesn't do anything but tell me to share a link for me to refer.

How do I check this or at least escalate this to someone that can help me figure this out?  I tried doing a direct message to MetaStoreHelp​ which an older thread had directed to do, I also tried going to a support page which only led to either an AI response which didn't help or the different options/menus pointing to troubleshooting the actual headset itself and not account support.

    How old are you both? You must both be over 18. Terms and conditions here.

    You and your friend must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

    Hello, this is my first time posting this.  Both my brother and I are adult into our 40s, so the over 18 thing shouldn't be an issue.  I'll try checking those links you have shared for checking the devices any emailing chat.
