Cant click on Quest 3s
Had Quest 3s for a few months and suddenly cant click anything or do anything. When i look through the headset i see the white dot and shows microphone is on the purple mic icon. Currently shows sleep mode but cant click anything. I can hold down the meta button and will take screen shot or goes to home screen but cant click anything.
Things i have tried - Hard reset headset. manually repaired both controllers through the AP. removed both batteries for over 30 seconds and replaced with new batteries. connected headset to PC but didn't see anything about an update but maybe missed it. I cleaned all camera in the front.

You've turnend on voice control, that's why you can't click on anything.
Maybe the tips and the solution from this thread helps....... if not, perform a factory reset.
