Can't complete setup after factory reset, headset now unusable

I have a Meta Quest 1. I recently got some new headphones and wanted to use them with my headset. Previously I had been using wireless ones, but these new ones I wanted to use wired for sound quality. Unfortunately, I found that the headphone jacks in my headset didn't work. I looked up the issue and saw that people had experienced the same thing and suggested a factory reset would fix it. While it seemed absurd to me that a factory reset would be necessary to restore functionality as basic as a working headphone jack, I nonetheless performed the factory reset and started setting up the headset in the Meta Horizons app once again. Everything went fine until I hit the Safety screen. The video plays (and loops), but I have no option to continue past the screen no matter how long I wait. I tried reinstalling the app and factory resetting the headset again, but the same thing happens. I am at the end of my rope, I don't know what else to try, I just want to play Beat Saber. So, since Meta is too cheap to pay proper customer support despite being one of the wealthiest companies on Earth, I instead have to ask you to please, please help me.
