You need an older version of the Horizon app, Quest 1 and Go setup doesn't work with the latest version.
Look the solution in the link below....it includes a link to an older version and explain what you must do.

Maybe you have to try various versions to make it work.... in the forum are several threads about that issue. And users postet different numbers that helped, you have to look through that.
