Can't configure after factory reset

I factory reset my quest 2 due to some password issues then when I want to finish configuring the headset with the app it just don't detect the headset but the app thinks it's still linked but the website doesn't

    Hi there, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Have you been able to successfully change your password? As well as this, can you please let us know which error you are getting when you try to link the headset to the account.

  • "Unable to pair your headset." "Please try again. If you are still experiencing problems, you may need to restore your headset to its factory settings."
