Can`t connect Meta quest 2 AIR LINK

Hello, today i wanna to play VR but in my Meta quest 2 i see "My computer" Not connected and i see the same thing in meta quest link so i unconnected my

meta quest 2 and when i try to connect back i click Devices-Add headset i see Choose how to connect i press continue and i got kicked to ocolus store and nothing happened. Pls help

    Don't use the "add headset" option in the PC app, it doesn't work. Instead, initiate pairing from the Link menu in the headset settings.

    Were you able to get this resolved? I'm having the same problem since the v83 update. I click Continue and it kicks me straight back to the store. No errors or notifications.

    I'm not sure, if this is relevant but..... you say you want to connect a Quest 2, but your screenshot shows the Quest 3s.🤔

      i know but i only have quest 2 so i not understand why i see quest 3s

    We understand you've having issues connecting your Quest 2 to Air Link and we'd like to help.

     

    Have you tried restarting  both the headset and your PC? Sometimes a simple restart can fix these issues.

     

    Next, toggle Air Link off and on in the headset settings, and ensure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network.

     

    If the issue persists, disable antivirus software if applicable as this may block the connection, try repairing or reinstalling the Oculus PC app, and check for pending Windows updates and Quest updates.

     

    If you're still having the same issue after completing these steps, please let us know.
