We've seen your post about not being able to connect to Meta services unless you're on a VPN, and thought we'd get in touch.
If the factory reset you've attempted hasn't resolved the issue, then we'll need you to contact us via email, as we'll need to look into a few different details both regarding your device and regarding your account in order to get to the bottom of this.
