Cant contact support even though I see device in horizon app
I recently purchased a quest 3, I updated my device and created a meta account . I installed the horizon app and paired my headset, in the horizon app I see my device and its serial number underneath. I'm missing some promotion stuff so im trying to contact support, when I try it takes me to account center logged into the same account under devices there is nothing there, and when I try to enter the serial number is says unrecognized. So I cannot get any support because it won't recognize or register my device, and I cannot get my device recognized or registered because Noone will talk to me or help me with support?? Next steps??
