Can't contact support since my device serial number isn't recognized

I'm trying to contact support due to some headstrap battery issues but whenever I try to open a ticket it asks me beforehad for the SN. I introduce the number and it tells me that they couldn't find it. Also in my meta account on PC it says that I don't have  any devices registered but I can see them on my phone just fine. I have a rift cv1 and a quest 3.

    That's weird....

    You can reach out to @MetaQuestSupport here in the forum and explain your situation. They can help you with  that.
