Can't find Meta Quest Browser App in v81 Navigator

Hi,

Today is my first experience of the new v81 Navigator and it like what I see except for one thing.  The Meta Quest Browser is not shown anywhere in my Navigator even when showing all (apps, worlds, etc).  The only way I can get to the browser is to go to the Store app where it shows that the Browser is installed.  From there I can start the browser, but since I can't locate the bowser anywhere in my navigator, I can't pin it (which I definitely would like to do).  If I could uninstall the Browser and re-install it, id try that but that doesn't seem to be an option.  Has anyone else experienced this?  If so, has anyone found a solution which will make the browser show up in the Navigator?

    We would like to ask you to please see if you can find the Meta Quest Browser app in your Library, as it is suppose to be default pinned in your library.

      Thanks for the quick response.

      As I said in the original post the Browser app is nowhere in the list of apps in the navigator even when the filter is set to all.  The Browser all IS installed because I can go to the store which reports it is install and can open the browser from there, but this is, of course, very inconvenient.

      What steps to I take (links) to correctly "reach out to Meta Support"? 

      If the first request is to reset my Quest 3, I'll probably just forget about it and wait for the next release in hopes of the problem being fixed.

      Ok, I guess I'm replying to you in private now.  I really don't have any more to share except to reiterate that if your first request is to reset my Quest 3 and see if that fixes anything, I'll probably just forget about it and wait for the next release in hopes of the problem being fixed.

      If you have any other suggestions for me to try short of that I'm open.

        Just to make you aware, you are not sending a private message just yet. Can we check that you followed the above instructions?

         

        We'd also definitely suggest filing a bug report for this. By doing so, our engineers will know just how many people this is happening to, and it will be more likely to get patched with a fix.
