I'm slightly going insane. Switched to t-mobile and now I can't get 2 factor authentication texts. Manager at the store says they block facebook sms. So now I can't get back into my account anywhere. I've tried every work around on reddit and nothing has helped. Any ideas?
There is something wrong. T-Mobile or any carrier anywhere in the western world will not block a Facebook or Meta sms. What he might have meant is that for some reason it's blocked on your account and you need to go to your security settings and unblock it. It makes no sense that millions of T- Mobile customers can't get an sms from the biggest social media company on the planet. Check your security settings, your profile and anything else that might be causing this.
