Can't get to the boot menu for my Quest2

I want to do a factory reset from the headset.  I power off the headset, press both the power and volume buttons at the same time and wait for the boot menu to appear, but it never does. Instead, I get a little yellow robot on its side with a red triangle with an exclamation point inside. Under the robot are the words: "No Command".

Can someone explain what's going on here? Do I have a hardware issue? Firmware issue?

    Hi flynndaniel46​ 🙂

    You must press the power and the volume minus button at the same time to bring up the boot menu.

    You are apparently pressing the power and volume plus button which brings up the Android boot menu.
