Can't log in

Hi, in need of information please. I have a Oculus Meta Quest 2. Not used it in a while. Having log in problems. The 2nd part of the verification, the sending of the sms, well they don't arrive. As this is no longer supported, been going around in circles for hours. Can anyone point me in the right direction so I can log in? Appreciate any help thanks.
