When I try to log into our Instagram account. When I try to login they send a code to the email address the account is registered to, which I imput.
It then asks me to input a 2FA code but can't assess the 2FA
So I try another way and asks for back up code, which we don't have
I then go to account recovery and I don't have photo of myself in the account
How do I access my account, or get help from Instagram or meta?
