Can't play my games
I can't seem to play my vr games as it keeps asking for parents permission and my parent can't get into the app to give permission can anyone help with this please

Sorry! That usually means the account needs parental approval before playing certain games so you might need to:
- Ask your parent (when you can get a hold of them) to open the Meta Horizon app (when they have access again) and check for a permission request
- Make sure the app and headset are fully updated
- Restart the headset after the permission is approved
If the parent app still doesn’t work, your parent may need to contact Meta Support directly since it could be an account issue.

You must send a request to your guardian/parent, they can also approve it from pc, if it is not working on the mobile app.
