cant redeem codes
im trying to redeem a 25 euro gift card but it wont work, on the quest it says "cant perform query" and on the mobile app it says "error performing query" please help me!!!!!

Same happened to me the support team said it was something to do with my code doing more investigation
i messaged them via whatsapp and they are working on my issue.
