Can't redeem Virtual Desktop referral credit
Hi, I'm having an issue with a referral for the app Virtual Desktop.
Over 14 days ago, someone used my referral link to purchase the app. Now I can see the "Referral Accepted" status on my end in the mobile app. However, I cannot redeem the 2€.
I reached out to Meta Support via email to resolve this. They are now asking for the recipient's full name and email address to verify the transaction. The person who accepted the link doesn't want to share their personal data with me to pass along to support (and frankly, I wouldn't want as well). All I know is that they properly purchased the app and the discount was applied. They didn't refund it.
I know it’s a small amount, but I'd still like to sort it out. Has anyone else experienced this specific loop with support? Any tips on how to proceed?

Try contacting Meta via live chat (option "Chat with Customer Support") instead. I contacted them about 4 weeks ago when the Link servers went down, they replied instantly and they gave me a free AU$10 store credit for my trouble. So refunding 2 euros should be peanuts for them.
