After the update did you check that you don't need to enter the wifi password on your headset again ? I'm sure you've probably done that but just a thought. Yours is another good reason I stay far away from the public test channel. Your headset is basically a guinea pig to find bugs. I have heard that if you factory reset it will bring you back to v79 and it's probable that it will solve your wifi connection problem. 🤞 Good luck. It might also kick you out of the PTC program but that's possibly a good thing !😁

Yeah, maybe. Recharging now hope it starts working after shutdown when battery died. If that don't work, I try factory reset.

We understand you're unable to turn on Wi-Fi. This is not an ideal situation but let's try and get this sorted for you.You mentioned that you were going to do a factory reset. Did this work?
If not, please reach out to our Customer Support team so that one of our colleagues can investigate this further for you.

You can restart the headset in Settings > General > Power. This may help and restore the button functionality. I've also heard of a method where you hold down the power button for 15 seconds, regardless of what's happening on the screen.

You can see from the comment that the user held the power button to restart and it didn't work.

I know that, I can read, so why your unnecessary comments?
I'm talking about holding the power button down for 15+ seconds. I don't know if such an attempt has been made.

15 seconds WORKS!!! had no internet, and the SETTINGS/GENERAL/POWER options did not reboot the headset, 3 seconds didn't do a power menu, and 6 seconds did not turn it off, but 15 seconds DID!!!! turned it back on and it was normal again.

No, factory reset needed. After restart. Everything works again. I have turn on navigator again.

Had the same problem but fixed it by restarting the headset instead of doing a factory reset. The trick is that you have to press the power button for about 30 seconds (yep, that long!) which will force a restart of the headset. After the restart it connected to wi-fi properly and the power button worked as before.
