Can't use my Quest??

I have no idea how to explain this but basically heres the run down.

 

Everytime I press continue on a account to play my oculus it brings me to a black screen. I can't do anything just a black screen. All I can do is power off and on. It STILL WON'T WORK. Not only that im pretty sure it disables my controllers so I can't even try to fix it, and when I tried resetting my gaurdian using casting it still did NOT work. Ive tried restarting, Rebooting everything. I have one option and thats to factory reset which I DO NOT wanna do. Only thing that works is the Account selection menu when you power on your oculus. 

 

Can anyone help me??
