Thanks for reaching out to the Meta Support team, we want all of our users to be able to immerse fully in our VR technology when using our products. 

 

Has this just started happening for you? 

 

Can you please check that your device and app are fully up to date? 

 

We would recommend submitting a bug report for this, this will allow our engineers to take a better look from their end. 

 

To report a bug from your Meta Quest.

1. Press Meta button or Oculus button on your right Touch controller to open the universal menu.
2. Select the clock on the left-hand side of the universal menu to open Quick settings.
3. Select  Report problem.
4. Select Include or Don't include to add complete logs and diagnostics.
5. Follow the instructions to submit your report.

 

You can also quickly press the Meta button/ Oculus button on your right Touch controller five times in a row to open the bug report tool.
